It is situated 16 miles from the island of Samos with a permanent population of 120 people. There are three villages, one is called St. George (harbor) and the other ones are called Micro
Horio (Small Village) and the other Megalo Horio (Big Village).The harbor can take approximately 15 yachts that moor longside. On Agathonisi we recommend you to eat at the tavern of our friend George. You can have fresh fish with octapus
salad, grilled octapus with accompaniment of ouzo, or open George's mother pot, and try the local cooked goat with lemon.
