SamoSail in November organises a tuna fishing regatta. Starting from the Island of Samos, passing from the islands of Fournoi, Ikaria, Chios and last reaching the island of Lesvos. We are organising it in November as tunas are more
likely to come to the surface, as waters are colder. The waters we will sail are well known for its tunas, and you can also see in the photo, the tuna we catched last year at the North sea of Samos Island.
Some additional information:
- The fishing will be held with a two sailing yacht regatta. The yachts are our Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 45.2ft and our Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 49ft.
- If you wish to participate at the fishing regatta, you must have a skippers license of your country.
- Price per person to participate: 200 Euro
- Fishing regatta starts at 05-11-05 from Pythagorio harbor in Samos and ends at 12-11-05 at Lesvos island.
